Terms

Last updated October 15, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and the FounderWorld team, who runs FounderWorld. By creating an account or using FounderWorld you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old. One person per account: keep your password to yourself, and you are responsible for what happens on your account.

Be a good neighbour

FounderWorld is a shared space. Do not:

  • harass, threaten, bully or demean anyone, or post hateful, sexual or violent content;
  • send spam, scams, phishing links or unwanted promotion, in chat, messages, missions or anywhere else;
  • pretend to be another person or company, or post startups, products or claims that are not yours or not true;
  • post anything you do not have the right to share, or other people's private information;
  • record or share calls, screens or private conversations without everyone's permission;
  • break, overload, scrape or get around the limits and security of the service, or use bots to act as people.

You can block anyone, and report people, startups and missions from their pages, their card in the town, or a conversation. We may remove content, limit features or close accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.

Your content

What you post stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you share it with (or everyone, for public things like published startups and your profile), only to run FounderWorld. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other members already have, such as messages you sent them.

Beta testing and credits

Beta Lab credits are a way to take turns testing each other's products. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and may be adjusted if they are gained unfairly. Testing someone's product happens on their website, under their own terms: we are not responsible for third-party products, links or what founders do with feedback.

The service

FounderWorld is provided as it is, while we keep building it. Features can change, and it may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for things outside our reasonable control, and nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Leaving

You can stop using FounderWorld at any time and delete your account in Account and privacy. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and let members know in the app. Questions: your account settings.
